All staff members are customer service driven. Dr. Fat is not a mind reader so you should come prepared with questions. Unfortunately, I have much experience with dentists over my life time. I can safely say that Dr. Fat is exceptional and I highly recommend.
Her assistants are professional and effective. Dr. Fat is concerned about the long-term health of her patient's teeth and getting an optimal outcome. Recently she worked hard to save a tooth of mine which prevented me from having to have an implant. Her assistants are professional and effective. They are also warm, considerate and caring and have offered many amenities during my visits to make me more comfortable.
