Was there for an early afternoon reservation on NYE. Took an hour for the food to be served. Someone who seemed to be the manager on duty but didnt introduce herself had to come out and double check how I had ordered my steak. A larger party who arrived after us had their food served before us. No appologies or explanations to us although we expressed our concern. The Shrimp Ceviche was amazing! Rich is an awesome waiter who kept up with the rush without missing a beat. I had the prime rib and the betterhalf had the scallops, both of which were prepared perfectly. 5 stars!
Amazing Food and Service, and I used to work there when Steve Kresse owned Diamonds, and Dukes way back in the day. Many Thanks for your excellence accomdating our large group for our Dad, Jack Bullion's, Celebration of Life. Each meal was spot on perfect, the staff was professional and truly kind. Awesome every Time! Never a bad meal!
On 12/19 we pre arranged for a meal after a family funeral visitation with a party of 21 at 8:30 at night. From the second Shantel, the manager picked up the phone, every request was fulfilled with kindness and excellence. The fixed menu that was served was excellent, the servers, spectacular, the room we were put in, (and I didn’t even request that) perfect for our needs. I can’t say enough about how this restaurant and the people turned a sad time into a celebration of life.
