The women here are very friendly. My husband got my engagement ring here and had a great experience with the women. We got my husband's wedding band from here and my wedding band and both turned out so wonderful. They are just beautiful and the prices are reasonable and they were so very helpful.

I had a custom ring made and it was not a pleasant experience. The way they conducted themselves throughout the entire process was reminiscent of a "fly by night" operation. There is a clear lack of concern for the customer and their needs. Communication is nowhere to be found, which is crucial when you are investing so much, both emotionally and monetarily.
Great Experience – I was just looking to get appraisals on some jewelry and I ended up with an amazing diamond pendant necklace!. First of all they were the most reasonable of any jewelry store that I called regarding appraisals and secondly, the most helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. Sylvia was fantastic and with no pressure whatsoever helped me turn my (divorce) diamond ring into an amazing necklace. Overall a very positive experience, I will be back!
Unforgettable experience from a wonderful jeweler! – We were very blessed to find Diamonds on Wabash. Great Service! Great Ring! – Our search for the perfect ring ended here. Once we saw the beautiful craftsman ship of their work we knew we found the right place. One of the rings gave my girlfriend the biggest smile and I knew right there, that was the ring I bought. Very Knowledgeable and Friendly – I had to buy my engagement ring and had no idea what I was getting into. They were recommended by a friend and it was the best recommendation I have every received. We returned to buy our wedding bands and I just purchased a gift for the bride on our wedding day thanks to the expert opinion of all. I will not go to another jeweler while I live in Chicago.
