We went to 8 jewelry stores in Chicago that met our research and recommendation standards.( read: they were the best ones ) and had A+ experiences at all of them. DOW had the best overall people, selection, quality and yes price. We live in Chicago and know the city so it's fun to find the real magic the professionals, and specifically Iliana , create.

These were custom makes and they did an amazing job on both rings! They worked with FI to design exactly what he wanted and our pieces appraised for double what he paid for.
