I had a great experience working with Bryan at Diamonds Direct in Greenville. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy throughout the entire process. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for!
Went into diamond district to look for a new engagement ring. I met with Shelly, explained our situation and the reason why we’re looking for a new ring. She is extremely knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. She made the process so fun and easy for us, and I couldn’t be more thankful for her help! If you’re looking for any kind of jewelry, this is the place to go too! I’m so blessed to be able have experienced this today and I’m so thankful for Shelly and the entire team at diamonds direct! 10/10 experience!!
Diamonds direct is absolutely amazing. A few years back, my wife was holding her horse and he bolted, and she did not see until later that it had ripped the diamond off of its mounting on the engagement ring. We looked in the grass of the pasture for many hours, but never found it. We used a smaller diamond from a heart locket to replace it, but I always wanted to get her one like the one I had picked for her 34 years ago. Perfect service! Zac was super helpful and very informative. Really helped calm any anxieties and answered all the questions I had. He was really patient and helpful with all the times I changed my mind lol he really made me want to come back :) I would totally recommend this establishment to everyone
