Love this place, great customer service. Bryan the jeweler is excellent, very knowledgeable and always has great suggestions. We have always trusted him with our jewelry and never been disappointed. Highly suggest this place, the staff is awesome! Don't mind the champagne we are offered either.
Nothing but positive experiences with diamonds direct since my fiance purchased my engagement ring back in March of 2024. I had some issues with my small diamonds coming out of my setting. Unlike many other jewlers, their warranty covers accent diamonds for lifetime. My most recent experience was a small diamond falling out three weeks before my wedding and I was nervous about it being done in time. They got it done in 24 hours!
