I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diamonds Direct. I originally purchased my wedding band here, along with a pair of solid gold hoop earrings that I absolutely loved and wore every single day. Unfortunately, one of the earrings was badly damaged after getting caught in the dryer. I stopped by the store today hoping it might be repairable or covered under warranty, but due to the extent of the damage, it couldn’t be fixed. I have used diamonds direct twice now for maintenance on my wedding ring and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff is wonderful to work with and the turnaround time far exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be a customer of theirs for years to come.
The team was knowledgeable and took time to explain options clearly without any pressure, and the quality of the selection made the experience feel both easy and high-end.
I go here to get my rings buffet and polished and I’m truly in awe every single time when i go to pick them up. They look BRAND new every single time and it’s always taken them Less than an hour! Every time i drop my rings off people compliment my rings the next day!!
