The company advertises products online, takes the money, and four days later emails me to say the items aren’t available and that they’ll refund me in two days. A complete absurdity and a lack of respect for the customer. If there’s no availability, don’t list it! I do not recommend this company.
Unlike most photographic stores where engagement and knowledge can be lacking, this place is a standout. The team is welcoming, happy to chat specs, answer questions, and genuinely keen to help. They do lean a little towards Fujifilm, but overall it’s a great store with knowledgeable staff and a positive experience every time.
I’m based in Sydney and had been searching everywhere for the Canon G7X Mark III with no luck, until I came across Diamonds Camera in Adelaide. Sean was an absolute legend! He not only tracked down the camera for me, but also organised fast shipping to Sydney. The whole process was seamless and professional from start to finish. Over 2 weeks and still no refund! Ordered a lens for almost 1000 bucks on 30th of June, the payment failed by card verification and didn't go through. Several phone calls later, still nothing, refund apparently still "in progress". I'd love to get my money back thank you!
