My complex uses diamond back for our maintenance for our ACs but last night they couldn’t come and fix it because they claim what if the power goes out again which it did not so we had to go the whole night without any AC because diamondback did not want to send anyone out to fix it

I'm a tenant at an apartment property that is being serviced by Diamondback Plumbing. Their service techs named Edgar and German did a fantastic job of replacing and installing a motor device for the A/C unit in my apartment that has very narrow ceiling space. They were knowledgable, professional, and prompt in their service. And I am quite thankful as a result.

One of your vans just almost hit me as I was backing into my parking spot at an apartment building in north Phoenix. He didn’t even stop just kept going. Great way to use a company van!
