Extremely disrespectful of the fact that blocking a disabled spot is inconvenient for individuals like me who rely on those spots due to health limitations. And after I mentioned them blocking one spot they were extremely apologetic. Then they went ahead and parked their second van illegally in an empty disabled spot. Ridiculous and completely insensitive with an ablesist mindset!

A little over 2 years ago, we paid around $9k for a new a/c unit. It had to be repaired a year later and it went out again a week and a half ago. While the unit itself is under warranty, the labor warranty ended at the 2 year mark. We understood, although 2 years seems short for a company to stand by their own work. It took 3 days for a tech to come out. He said he needed someone else to come out and would call us later that day to schedule this. We were never called. Been a loyal customer of Diamondback for almost 10 years. Called yesterday for a plumbing issue they worked on, but didn't fix, in May and told me they are not accepting new appointments this summer. Nice. Won't be using them ever again.

I had a tough experience that turned out to be good. As a new renter there was confusion on my part and I didn’t realize the house was under a septic system. I had some work done to “unclog” the system and technicians came out. At the end of the day the problem wasn’t fixed, there was a high bill, and there was some mixups on the billing. I worked with management and they dealt with my concerns in a professional manner. We were able to come to an agreement and resolve the issue. I live in a complex that contracts this company for our cooling system. My studio apartment was always in the range of 78-81 on a regular basis (not including when I cooked ). I had two different techs come out three different times without any results. I will say that the first tech did replace old parts and put in new parts, but it didn't rectify the problem.
