I called to have a kitchen facuet that I provided installed. Was told that the service call was $197.00 got billed for $249 because that is the charge for install a kitchen facuet. I should have been told that when I made the appointment. I would have shopped around. $249 and they were there less than 45minutes. A flat rate is not the best way to keep customers happy. Needless to say I have used them for years but that was my last time. One star is too much but I can't post with no stars

I work for a apartment complex and we have used diamondback for a while now and they are ever professional and knowledgeable no matter if it comes from replacing pipe or having a rooter or jeter work done on your property they will go above and beyond for their customer to do the best job that they can and provide as much information as possible so you feel comfortable in the repairs that need to be made.
