I had a tough experience that turned out to be good. As a new renter there was confusion on my part and I didn’t realize the house was under a septic system. I had some work done to “unclog” the system and technicians came out. At the end of the day the problem wasn’t fixed, there was a high bill, and there was some mixups on the billing. I live in a complex that contracts this company for our cooling system. My studio apartment was always in the range of 78-81 on a regular basis (not including when I cooked ). I had two different techs come out three different times without any results. I will say that the first tech did replace old parts and put in new parts, but it didn't rectify the problem. Justin and Daniel were the technicians on an A/C replacement at my place today and these gentlemen are absolutely top notch! They were respectful, clean, and just great men. If you're going with this company I cannot recommend requesting these guys enough!

I had a very negative experience with one of this company’s drivers while on the freeway. The driver was aggressively gesturing at me to move, even though I was driving safely and within the speed limit. They continued with unnecessary hand gestures and eventually flipped me off. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and dangerous, especially for someone representing a business on the road. I hope the company addresses this issue with their drivers to ensure better conduct in the future.
