I highly recommend DSC. I was having neck pain which prevented me from partaking in my athletic activities and distracted me during work. As a parent of four, who works full time, I did not have hours to spend in P.T. waiting for results. After only a few sessions at DSC my pain was significantly improved. I appreciate that in addition to relieving my pain, I was given exercises to strength target muscle groups to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
