Jeff and the staff are absolutely great to work with. No high pressure. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Selection is fantastic, and prices are very reasonable! Also, repairs are done in a timely manner.. Great store!

I took my Michael Kors watch in to be repaired. Had a shattered face. They were quick and did a great job. Cool atmosphere in the store with all the paintings. Staff was really cool. I'll be back.
My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here, we will never go to a "big box" jewelers again! You are treated like family here. We were going to another small jewelers, but you were like a number to them and not a person. The Diamond Shoppe had the ring ready and sized in less then two days compared to other places that take ten to fourteen days. I can not recommend them enough to my friends and family!!!!
I love the Diamond Shoppe! Joe resized my engagement ring for me a few months ago, and really helped me choose the best size for not only my finger, but for my diamond! He knows his stuff. They also have a beautiful selection of rings, necklaces, and bracelets to choose from. I highly recommend this place, and will be going back to pick out our wedding bands
My husband took me to the Diamond Shoppe to have a ring made for me for my birthday. We worked with Joe on creating exactly what I was looking for! I give Joe a ton of credit because I knew in my head what I wanted and he was able to figure out exactly what I wanted with me just saying a bunch of thoughts. They are the best jewelry shoppe ever. They custom designed 2 rings for me. Absolutely beautiful they also do appraisals and is a full service jewelry shop I will never go to anyone else but them again. The customer service is outstanding they care about their customers not price gouging. Stop by you will not regret it!!
