Writing something like this isn't something I take lightly. I've been stewing over this for a awhile now. I had them process half a steer for us with very specific instructions on what I wanted and how I wanted it cut. Needless to say Diamond S processed the meat how they wanted which was the fastest way for them to get through the job with no regard for what I wanted. I love Diamond S Meat Co. They are friendly and helpful when you walk in the door and they do a superb job of butcher, cut and wrap for us.
They processed a pig earlier this year for us was excellent awesome flavor off sausage (maple) now raising another pig and steer will definitely get our repeat business
The mustard we got is delicious I put it on my turkey Christmas day and it was the best mustard ever
It was my first time there. These people double charged my card, refuse to put it back on, my chicken was frozen and had a date from FOUR months ago and not one of my hamburger packs were even close to a pound. I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning. Dick Howard's is the way to go!
Superb cuts of meet. The tri tip I got tonight was awesome.
