Wonderful class on prime rib at the Klamath County Fairgrounds this evening - not to mention learning a lot about today's meat industry and enjoying a 5 star prime rib meal prepared during class. I look forward to re-creating that same meal with a Diamond S custom ordered prime rib during the upcoming holiday season - thank you!
