The staff was great and the food is amazing! They have the best fried pickles in town! The best hamburger too! My waitress was great and my compliments to the cooks!
I immediately took a nap after eating. Need I say more?
I used to come here weekly with my grandfather. Now the staff was terrible, the service was slow and everyone there was more concerned with taking selfies than doing their job. After the wait the food was bland and burned. Its unfortunate that this great place has turned into such a cold, dirty, unwelcoming place with food to match. Sad.
Yikes .. came in the other day and service was extreamly slow for no reason.. they only had like 5 tables.. the food wasn't that great fries where cold and ketchup tasted very sour/ old .. really sucks because I heard that it's very good.. not sure if they had an off day but no excuse .. server was not outgoing but also no really friendly if that makes sense didn't check up on us at all ..
I have not eaten here but I was picking up an order with a courier service and the blonde bob server/bartender behind the bar was quite rude to me for no apparent reason. I went in to pick up the order, she seems busy so I wait, quietly mind you. I catch eye contact with her for a split second and she goes on to do something else. I’m guessing she didn’t see me right? The food was like a gift from the heavens. The fried pickles were uhhhmazing. And that ranch? Done son. The ladies working were very kind. It is our new spot for 3am grub sessions.
Honestly some of the best pulled pork I've ever eaten! And that sauce was perfection!! The service was great very friendly staff!!
My husband and I have always gone to The Penguin for years. When the split happened and one half became Pinky's and the other was The Diamond,we had a hard time picking which restaurant we liked better. Last night we went to The Diamond. I ordered a bloody mary. It was so spicy hot that it burned my whole mouth and took my breath away. The service, and food are always wonderful. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Worth the drive for winderful food and friendly staff.
