Unprofessional and No Follow Up We began renting in May 2009 from Century21-Diamond Realty. The overall experience has been disappointing. The house was not cleaned nor the carpets shampooed before our move in date. We brought this to their attention, and they did a very poor job at cleaning (1/2inch thick dust in the bathroom, personal hygiene items left in the cabinets with 1/2 inch dust on them - so there is no way they even attempted to wipe these areas down. Not worth your time, money, sanity I have been an owner with Century 21 Diamond Rentals for several years and I have had my fill of them. Initially, the rental property staff were doing a good job but everything changed. Every estimate that I receive for repairs is inflated, my requests for photos, comparable estimates, and simple return calls are constantly ignored.
