Honestly the WORST rental management company! THEY NEVER ANSWER. AWAYS leave the office an hour or more before closing time I never catch them in the office when I get off work. WHEN YOU MOVE INTO THE APARTMENT MAKE SURE YOU TAKE VIDEOyou of all the apartment because when you move out they will try to charge for every little detail even if it was already there whenyou move. Unfortunately I know the employees who work there. The owners of Diamond should investigate this family clan who is running their business. First, the manager knows every trick to use to line her own pockets such as keeping the money from credit checks on potential tenants. She owns a home in which she uses maintenance to repair and charge back to the property owners who they are managing the properties for.
