Really i want tonrent there
We had a similar experience to Roxanna in the comments above, we were accused of not paying rent and they said someone stole the rent checks from the box. So they said our case is still under investigation and for the mean time we havent received our deposit back and it has been 2 years now. Ana the manager back then, never got back to us.

I would really like to sue but I think it’s too late now.
Horrible place went downhill in 2019, not in a safe area and they stole my deposit and accused me of not giving a 30 day notice when I did. Plus sent me to collections saying I owed money without prior notification. When I called for an explanation they were extremely rude and not helpful. I don't with this experience on anyone, only reason I didn't sue was because covid happened right after and made it difficult.( if anyone ever chooses to sue feel free to reach out to me these people deserve it)
