Diamond Optical was the best choice after receiving quotes from 5 others. Best Price Quote Diamond Optical was the one store that would order in the exact Eye Glasses frames I requested; although other Stores could pr wpuks not. Diamond Optical received, Ground to exact Specifications and were excellent in every way. Several other Optical Stores claimed this exact Style & Colour of Frame others claimed was discontinued and unavailable. I've been using Diamond for my eyewear needs since Covid when their other branch was the only place up and down the island I could find glasses. Since they moved locations I've been using this store. All the employees I've met in this store and any of their locations I've been, have been wonderful to work with and I've been very pleased with merchandise as well. Keep up the good work guys.
Very rude staff, some asian lady from there needs to go back to elementary school to learn etiquettes. Very unprofessional customer service from her part. She even tried to claim that she works in the hotel Carlton which was next to the shop, and was trying to even ruin their brand. Needs to get a reality check or at best, fired. Or there would be a drop of clientele for sure.
