I have made 5 purchases over 10 years and never had any issues. My wife loves her rings and earings and gets a ton of compliments. The canary stones are beautiful! She had her rings resized and cleaned and the experience was professional and the results met expectation. I recommend them to everyone who asks about my wife's jewelry and several people have made purchases and expressed their satisfaction.

I’m so disappointed in Diamond Nexus. I love my wedding ring (3 soldered together), so much so that after losing 150lbs I wanted to get it resized to be able to wear again. I’ve gone from a 9.5 down to a 7. I sent an email asking what it would take to get it resized. They provided me no information other than I needed to send it in. They sent me a shipping label and packing list after I sent them the original order number. All was well, right? Wrong. Avoid this company! I purchased a custom wedding ring 3 years ago, the short version is it has been in for repairs on average every 3 months for diamonds falling out, broken bands, etc. On every single return of the “repaired” ring (except for 1), it was returned with a different design, not actually fixed, had metal shards sticking out or the soldering just looked like trash. Customer service is garbage, each time we are sent an invoice for the repair, blamed for the damage or ignored and told to refer to our ring insurance... read more
