Since the first time I entered this spa, I have been happy with the service I have received. Hannah told me that my nail polish should last a month the way they do things and she was absolutely correct! The photos I have added is my most recent manicure I had done, and it has been more than a month since I was in there. I am pretty hard on my nails, and I had tiny little things that I had to file out, but they still haven’t started peeling, and that’s one of my biggest issues in the longevity of a manicure. I went to Diamond Nail & Spa in Langford just to have my press-on nails removed as a walk-in client. I waited until the technician finished with another customer, and when she asked me to sit down, I noticed she used the same table and tools — only the towel had been changed. The tools and the nail machine still had nail dust on them. I kindly asked if she needed time to clean or disinfect the tools, but she told me she didn’t have new ones and that changing the towel was enough. Great service and prices. Manis and Pedis are great. I HIGHLY recommend the Japanese head massage. It's absolutely marvelous and it's a really great value. A truly skilled head/neck/shoulder massage. Hair wash and conditioner, face treatment and a foot massage. I keep going every month because I'm afraid the price will go up. Great deal.
Got my nails done here for the first time and it was a 10 out of 10 experience!! I’ve gotten acrylics for many years, but my nail tech clearly knew what she was doing because I left with the best set of nails I’ve probably ever gotten. Go to diamond nails if you want amazing nails!
