I went yesterday and I felt I was treated very differently from the rest of the guests. They sat me in the end seat which had no massage control box and ran my water freezing cold and let me sit there for 25 minutes before anyone came to do my feet. The girl who did my feet was very nice. I told her my water was so cold and she fixed it. My favorite nail salon! Everyone is so nice, service and prices are great, and I find my nails always last. The girls remember you and your name which makes it feel so welcoming. I recently had a French manicure done and found afterwards that the base color was more pink than I had wanted, they brought me back in to fix it the next day no problem. Thanks Hanna!

went in to get a new set of gel x nails came out with an acrylic overfill, uneven nail lengths, uneven nail shapes, nails are not painted from edge to edge (so you can still see my bare nail or the extension. The design i had asked for half the lines are so thin you can barley see them or they are not in a straight line or just tapper out before the end of the nail. i didn't realize tell after how they looked plus i hate being a unhelpful customer. i had also tipped 30% which is not worth the quality of the nails had a frien... read more
