I love Diamond Nails! Everyone goes out of their way to help my daughter and I. We even got there once and the door was locked. They opened it and did BOTH our nails, even with art! They understand and communicate with us perfectly. Their children are awesome! So sweet. They love to talk with my daughter and show the bracelets they have made. My nails have never lasted so long. Even though I only get my natural nails polished. Thank you so much for making our time so special.
Took my granddaughter there for a Christmas gift and they were so wonderful to her. Even gave her a free nail art design for Christmas. We will continue going here for a long time.
So this was my first experience here, and I will not be coming back. I wanted a no chip manicure, and received a polish application. There was barely any manicure! My old nail polish was removed, then my nails were filed and barely buffed. My cuticles were not touched once! The gel polish was applied and once another customer came in the door, I was told I was done. There was cotton in my nails from the cotton balls and polish on 4 of my nails. Very unhappy and will not be going back
They keep everything very clean. My nails last up to 5 weeks before needing a fill in. They do speak in Vietnamese when they speak with each other but maybe they have private things to talk about its nobodies business. I've grown close to them over the years and i plan to refer all my clients to them when my retiring time comes around. They are a great, family fun bunch of people. And they do a great job!
Diamond Nails is a great place to go, because EVERYONE is very nice, & the place is kept clean. I have never broken a nail which is unbelievable! It is NOT expensive like other places. Oh, & if they talk their language between them, that's fine with me. For each their own. It is a free country. Another thing, EVERYONE SMILES....AND DO A GREAT JOB! Thank you Diamond Nails for making my nails pretty!
The only thing I don't like is that fact that they constantly talk to each other in Vietnamese, it's annoying. And there is an older woman that works there that is really hateful... never smiles. Otherwise it's a cheap place for nails and a pedicure.
