I will never step foot in this place again. Pissed off is an understatement. I went here to get my toes done and the place was nice and clean. I was looking to get regular polish. In the middle of the service, the lady informed us they don’t have a drying station for regular polish and we would be on our own if she did the regular polish, meaning if I pay my money and messed up my toes, they would not fix them. Never coming here again. It smells heavily of fumes the minute you walk in. No one really greeted me warmly when I came in. The workers came off rude and kept giving weird looks. I didn’t feel welcome especially for the first time coming here. I’ve had much better customer service at other salons. The nail tech even spoke negatively about my toenails to another technician, saying they were crooked, to which the other replied, “just try” not realizing I speak fluent Vietnamese. I just moved to Philadelphia and have been searching for a nail shop. Unfortunately, this place is not that place. I made an appointment for a regular manicure. I've been taking a break from gel because of the damage of UV light to the skin over time. I walked into Diamond Nails and stated I had an appointment for a manicure and was given a funny look. $50 for gel manicure, cash only. I love it so much! I showed them a reference picture and they did not disappoint. I 100% will be coming back here.
