2 hours after my nails we done, I had to get them fixed due to the paint already lifting. Now a day later, at least 4 of my nails are chipped or paint lifting. I also got a pedicure, before my pedicure started I stated I wanted my toe nails as low as possible, & repeated multiple times I want my nails as short as possible and due to one of my toenails being chipped, I needed them rounded. I’m giving a one star, but it really deserves a zero. I walked into this nail salon to get my nails done for my birthday and all of the staff members were sitting around doing nun!!! I asked one of the ladies who did my toes maybe a year ago if she could do my toes, she gone say no because she has a client, but there was no client in sight. Mind you a girl was sitting in line before I even got there and I’m pretty sure she’s been there for a while. I just feel like these girls are lazy and not about the money. Hate to do this butttt….Why is the nail tech watching a tv show while doing my nails ? Throughout the whole time she watched her tv show on her phone very unprofessional She missed my thumb & pinky because she was too distracted by the watching her tv show on her phone Cut my cuticles multiple times due to being distracted Not to mention the other nail techs are very loud and talk about their personal issues at work They always charge me over 115-125 my friend got the same thing done as me or sometimes gets fake nails and do... read more
