Stunning view from the Tavern and my room. Dinner was nice, the Thai Chowder is a must. (waiters selection) I substituted the corn puree on the scallops for asparagus, I did not realize there was a bean and ham concoction. I prefer the asparagus, the ham added too much salt. The waiter recommended a Rose (Nice!) MAJOR DOWNFALL!!! You cannot take your drink back to your room! You can order a drink from your room and pay 2 1/2 times the Tavern price. Attended a wedding recently. The view was stunning and the venue was just as beautiful. I was a tad skeptical about the pumpkin and sage ravioli that was the vegetarian option as I am not a fan of pumpkin but it was delicious. Every moment of the event was timed woderfully and was absolutely beautiful.
Came here yesterday from Prattsville NY for lunch. Arrived in the parking lot, and was in awe with how beautiful the building was and the surrounding scenery...gorgeous! The service, the food, the atmosphere was great. We recieved 5 star treatment for a very reasonable price. I will and have recommended this place to everyone I know! Definitely coming back here again and again!
Went for lunch at the Tavern. Inside was beautiful and pricing was reasonable. Food was excellent ! I will go again soon!
The Tavern at the Diamond Mill is amazing and the food is exceptional. The staff is amazing and just so accommodating in food needs, allergies and honour of their way to make it a perfect dining experience.
The venue is beautiful but do NOT sign a contract with this place for an event unless you have had a tasting. If you dont enjoy their overpriced pretentious food and poor service, you might want to go elsewhere. If you have already signed a contract they will keep your $2000 deposit even if your event is a year away. Shame on them!!!
