RecommendedFood was very good, service needs improvement. Staff seems to be wandering around with no clearly assigned duties. Long wait for beverage service, ordering and response to requests although the restaurant was mostly empty except for private party upstairs.
The food was great at lunch yesterday. The service is chaotic. We made a reservation with a request to sit outside. No problem, we were told. When we arrived all outside (shaded) tables were full and our reservation had mysteriously disappeared even though it was remembered by the host. We sat in the sun. The food is great and the view And sound of the falls terrific. Try it and be prepared to laugh at the service.
Was there for a wedding and for a ceremony and reception very well done. Patio in the evening was wonderful with the falls lite up

Exquisite dinner, unforgettable ambiance!
We came back for our 1 year anniversary dinner; the food and the service was absolutely outstanding and the staff were so welcoming. We want to make Diamond Mills our anniversary date every year!!!
Recently booked a weekend with a gift certificate. Reservation person forgot to tell us it was a Blackout weekend. When we got there they took the gift certificate, then waited all weekend until we checked out to tell us we couldn't use it and charge my CC over $900 for the two night. Manager refused to refund my card.
