The man who works here screamed at my mother until she had no choice but to leave the store. We bought two tennis necklaces a few months ago - one for my mom and one for me. Very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I came here originally for my future engagement ring and asked to get sized first. They refused to size my finger before purchasing. The older man and woman there avoided me like a plague and kept walking off as I was asking questions about the jewelry. I walked in and asked for a woman's engagement ring, apparently they don't sell any. Sucks
