I loved it but unfortunately we were in the back with a LOUD group of frat couples. Couldn't hear a thing but food was delicious.
I moved to Tuscaloosa in 1998... ate at just about everywhere in town... but gotta admit.. had my best Steak ever yesterday evening. Everything was wonderful... our Waitress Brooke was Awsome... Smiles and Laughter all around... kept our Glasses full and made sure my tummy was also. Over the last 2-3 Years I've heard about Diamond Jim's & Mrs.Donna's ... kicking myself that I haven't went sooner. But will guarantee I will be going back again soon... Those Carrot Cakes.. We LOVE Diamond Jim's and Mrs. Donna's! They have the BEST filet mignon around! Oh, and their caramel cake is pretty awesome too!
The most amazing steak I have ever eaten in my entire life! They are huge, SO tender and a great flavor too!
It is well worth the hour drive. Their ribeye is the best. Carmel cake is a must have. They hand cut each steak to order and cook it to perfection. You will not be disappointed.
After driving 85 miles to eat there, I was disappointed. My steak was so SALTY I could not eat it. They cooked me a 2nd steak and it was tuff. My wife enjoyed her seafood so I gave it a 3 star.
Steak was wonderful. Dessert was great but had to bring that home. Will return.
Second time in two weeks we have been able to stop there and eat and as usual it was fantastic. My daughter and son in law was with us this time and the were also very pleased.
Love the decor, and very good food and service! Will return soon.
