WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO!!! Im giving this place a o! I bought a car there a month ago and I’ve had nothing but problems from it!!! Water leaked everywhere isn’t he vehicle and nobody could figure out what was wrong with it. Now the air bag doesn’t work and all the tire sensors are messed up! Never buy a car from Diamond Jim's in west Allis. I got my 06 Outback for 4,500 (not counting the aftermarket warranty I added on) in January of 2018 and in 2 years and less than 30,000 miles it has cost me 4,000 in repairs. Within six months my timing belt, and head gasket blew. Within a year it was the radiator. Six months later it's the two catalytic converters. We bought a Chevy trailblazer from here in February of this year. Had to bring it back to have work done within a month. Seven months later we just had to replace the entire fuel system in the truck due to everything being rusted out. I realize that it is a used vehicle and there will be issues, but maybe the vehicles should be checked a little better.
Went to West Allis location. They tried the bait and switch technique. 4300$ advertised with no disclaimer. Then 12 hours after I contacted them price up to 4995$. Now today one day later 5995$. The Nissan Xterra 2003 green needs a new AC Compressor (expensive and important) and new back brakes. Chalked it up to a “mistake”. But I’ve handled people like this before. Hello FTC report. Don’t buy here.
Bought a 2010 Town & Country mini van the evening of May 24th. We were told someone from the dealership had been driving the vehicle for 3-4 months, so we’d need to get an oil change.
