I posted a review a week ago and somehow it disappeared. I’d give this place zero stars if it were possible. We bought a Rolex from them as a gift to our daughter for her college graduation. She put it on her wrist on Saturday, the day of graduation, and on Sunday while she was on her way out of town for a graduation trip, the crystal fell off the watch right along with the gold bezel.
