As a GM- I have worked with a few Property management companies, and by far Diamond is the best there is! They care about you and they care about the owners/ investors and guests that come through their doors everyday. I left a previous hotel to come work for them, and it was, hands down the best decision I have ever made for my career and for my life. You can't go wrong with Diamond!

Run as far away from this company as you possibly can, no matter if you're an investor who's looking for a management company or if you've been offered a job by this company. They hire friends and family to be at the top within their organization so that should tell you the level of corruption to start with. They want warm bodies who won't confront them about their questionable practices. I did not receive the financial compensation I was promised for the job I performed. I would not suggest doing business with this company. The leadership prefers to lie and dismiss problems rather than face them head on, and promotions are only given to those in the family / friend circle that stems from their CEO.
