Dr. Dixon cares so very much for each and every animal! She provides wonderful individual service and has a great bedside manner! This sometimes requires a bit more time and patience on everyone's part. It is well worth the wait!
I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Dixon for 19 years. She is the best vet around and truly cares about animals. She is affordable, caring, and goes above and beyond.
PLEASE Ms Dixon, if you care about animals at all, let the public know what Sams' physical condition was when the Appomattox ACO brought him in and what reason you were given to euthanize him. Did he have broken bones?, a punctured lung from being kicked?, or were you told that he was aggressive because he may have bitten someone he didn't trust? The vets n staff have always taken great care of my pets and me again recently with the loss of my dog coco who i had for 16.5 years. Then 2 weeks later one of my elderly cats with cancer. There not just vets n staff there good therapist. Have been going there for as many years as i can remember
Thanks so much to Diamond Hill Animal.Hospital, they took wonderful care of Sparky. Dr Dixon called on Monday to check on his progress. He started being sick on Thursday and went Friday and Saturday. Wonderful care. All the staff was wonderful.
Awful service!!! We have been taking our dogs for a couple of years and never had any problems, but today was a complete disaster. Our dog needed grooming and they said they needed her shot records. My wife called and attempted to get them faxed to the groomer. After being cussed at and hung up on the groomer said they would take care of it. The groomer called and received the same treatment.
