Toured the place, trash laying around, crack heads roaming the property, walked into a unit and when the lights came on, oh boy.. The roaches made the walls look polka dotted. Moldy smells, you can see the mold in the ac vents, kitchen was full of roach eggs, paint was peeling from the counter and tub, window pane was broke, you could see daylight when the front door was closed. Run away or the roaches will carry you away!

Broken a/c, washer is leaking, stove not working, gate jammed all the time, bug city. So tired of this place and I’ve only lived here for three days, how are you going to just let your new tenants sit in heat, it’s 90 degrees. Mailbox key doesn’t work thought maintenance claimed to fixed the issue. Asked for a new key and no one has it, how am I supposed to check my mail? 11-10 - Water from the outside is making its way into the inside of the apartment. This is my room.
