Speak the universal language. Engage with your customers better. I'm in the same industry and this isn't no where near correctly how you supposed to conduct your business. Do better.

Trisha did me an amazing facial today, i felt relaxed. I went for a deep cleaning of my skin, she deep cleaned and applied all the needed serums for my skin. She gave me a complementary treatments as well, i’ve came to her before and both times she made my skin look so nice.
