The atmosphere is nice, bit a customer service failure. I reserved a table, was seated, and served drinks. After that we waited for over an hour before leaving. I contacted the manager, Scott, and was told that I would be sent a gift card, which I NEVER RECEIVED. That's twice disrespected by a restaurant that pretends to be all about class. I'd rate lower if possible.
The Diamond is an amazing restaurant. With the best food, amazing servers, wonderful guest, friendly atmosphere, and outstanding history of the building it brings any type of occasion into the doors for a wonderful experience.
I found the Diamond Grill via my GPS and I'm so glad I did!! I'm a business traveler and I have to say the steak I had tonight was one of the best I've ever had. The restaurant itself was beautiful and immaculate so what else do you need.... Great place so just go and you'll understand...
