Please don’t live here! I’m currently senior at temple living at this place! I’ve been here all four years and every year has gotten worse, but I try my best to give it the benefit of doubt because of its familiarity for me. But this year is where I draw the line. Not only are you over paying for small closet size rooms, but you’ll also be dealing with roaches now too!! I do not recommend this place at all. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I just dropped of my Temple University student at Apex on Diamond. The condition of the apartment was a disgrace. We complained and were told the unit was cleaned yesterday even though we actually found unflushed feces and dried toilet paper (obviously left for quite a while) in one of the toilets (attached photo is post flush).
