Not the best hospitality here. Yesterday, I got some coffee spilled on my hands in the first floor lobby. I went and spoke to the receptionist and I asked her if there was a bathroom on the first floor. She asked me if I was a resident or just an Airbnb guest? I asked what more rights do Airbnb hosts have and the receptionist quizzically asked me, "What was your question?" I love living here. Security is superb and professional. Room extremely classy. Safety is assured. Environment always clean
The guards at the front desk really help out a lot, especially Nick. And the movie theater in building is such a vibe.
I’m a Temple student, and the location of the apartment is fantastic. I really appreciate the events and amenities offered here. Another great addition has been having Nick at the front desk, who is always helpful with packages and ensures the building stays secure at night. The maintenance team is also excellent; Miguel and Luis have helped me many times during my time here, and I’m very grateful for their support.
The apartment was extremely clean on move in day! The rent is also very affordable! Management is also very easy to reach and to approach.
