What a Pleasure! – Made my experience of buying an engagement ring so much less painful then I had ever envisioned. I might even goes as far as to say that I enjoyed the whole thing. helped me find the perfect engagement ring – I knew next to nothing about diamonds or engagement rings when I decided to surprise my girlfriend by proposing. Amazing customer service and quality of rings!! – About 2 years ago my at the time boyfriend asked me to look at engagement rings so he would have an idea what kind of ring I like. That's what I call customer service! – My search for the “perfect ring” ended when I purchased a Gelin Abaci TR-145 setting from Dimend Scaasi. Very Pleased! – I was referred to Isaac and Dimend Scassi by a close, trusted friend who recently got engaged. My fiance and I were definitely diamond novices and were in a bit of a time crunch to learn about and choose an engagement ring. Isaac and his staff were great to work with. excellent experience – I was very impressed with the personal service Isaac gave me when I came in to look for a diamond and engagement ring. Isaac thoroughly explained the 4C's and showed me diamonds of various grades to ensure that I was an educated buyer. Once I knew what characteristics were important to me, he helped me to find the perfect diamond. They then did amazing work on setting the diamond in a ring I selected. Dimend Scaasi far exceeded my expectations!

Got me over my fear of buying an Engagement Ring – After reading all of the good reviews, I walked into Dimend Scaasi to look for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Isaac took the time to educate me on diamonds, and spent a lot of effort to compare and contrast different sizes, grades, etc., then asked me to choose the one I liked best. I have nothing but praise for Dimend Scassi. I, like most guys, felt a little overwhelmed when I first started shopping for rings.
