Great Service & Advice – I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from Isaac. He gave me a great price on a diamond and diamond studded wedding band. One of the small diamonds fell out of the wedding band and he replaced it without any hassles. I live in San Francisco and did all this by phone, email and UPS. I was apprehensive about something as sensitive as a diamond purchase over the internet and such a long distance, but it was worth the risk and my wife and I are very happy with the rings. Chris

BAD Experience – I bought my wedding band from them and the diamonds fell out after 2 months. They refused to fix it and accused me of leading a hard life style. I work from home... not such a hard lifestyle. They finally fixed it and I wore it once and it started doing it again. Maybe it's my hard lifestyle?? I do not advise people to purchase jewelry from them. Sorry!

The wedding band in question was received by us so badly damaged, almost beyond repair. We did fix this ring at our own expense and shipped it back to this client free of charge. We here at dimend SCAASI stand behind our product, even years later, and ALL of our styles come with FREE lifetime maintenance. Flawless, just like the diamonds! – Just amazing. You will not be let down by anyone at Dimend Scaasi. On the weekends, you're highly encouraged to make an appointment as they do fill up in a hurry! But, my girlfriend and I didn't know this and were totally clueless to how downtown jewlery locations function.
