Great Experience – All I can tell you is that these guys were great. I live in California and Lexi worked with me via phone and internet to design and execute the exact ring I wanted for my wife. When the ring was sent to me and my wife wanted slightly different colored sapphires, Lexi took it back, mailed us additional samples to choose from and then delivered a wonderful ring at a very competitive price. Horrible customer service, go elsewhere!! – Dimend Scaasi delivered a ring with obvious surface finish defects, which they claimed could be fixed. They took it for 2 weeks, then hoped we wouldn't notice that NOTHING had been done to it. Then they told us that the ring needed to be re-made, and never should have been given to us in the first place. When they remade the ring, it looked nothing like the original!
