Not a good experience – Has been a pain. I wanted my ring set a certain way and even described exactly how I wanted it. I didn't find out till I got it back that it couldn't be set that way. We never even recieved a phone call. In addition, they forgot to put some of the diamonds we paid for in the ring. So it had to be sent back. By this time I just wanted my ring. Nice people – Marta and Shannon are nice people and very helpful. They really go above and beyond to try to get you what you are looking for.
Go somewhere else. Save your money – I would not recommend this place. I have been told by more then one jeweler that we paid way too much. We got so ripped off by this place and should have shopped around more. It is so hard to hear that everytime we look around and ask for it to be appraised that it isn't even worth what we paid. You live and learn.

She was very knowledgeable and friendly as she guided me through the process of buying an engagement ring. I was on the cusp of buying one their rings but chose to go to a private jeweler.
