Hope did a good job cleaning my teeth with tender loving care.
I was impressed with Dr. Thomas and his staff. I received an education on the description and long-term effects/consequences/dangers of periodontal disease. His dental hygienist, Hope, was professional, polite, and prepared. She helped me understand what's going on beneath my gum line. I appreciate all that she did. Brittany was nice and knew her job, too. Darci, the receptionist, is very courteous and friendly as well. I told Dr. Thomas, "The mouth is the gateway to the body," and he readily agreed. I had a potential problem but so relieved to know it's not tooth related. Nonetheless, my care was efficient and thorough. There are so many dreadful dental stories but I can almost guarantee that there would be none from this office. The entire team makes visiting the dentist beyond compare.
The Title says it all! I was greeted with smiles by everyone who was present-Darcy, Brittany and Tyson. Diana was prompt and thourough with the cleaning and was also truly interested in my daily doins. I'm not rating this as a perfect 5 because my dentist did not drop by to have a look which is customary at my husbands dentistry. While there was no emergency or urgent need, it still would have been nice.
We all have our learning experiences and ours was a goodie. Suffice it to say that after "straying away" and having a bad experience with a different dentist, coming back to Dr. Thomas' practice was a breath of fresh air. AND, in addition to his tremendous technical knowledge, experience and interpersonal skills, the refurbished office space and transition to all digital, all computerised data makes this the ideal place for my husband and me. Its great to be back!

Thorough and comprehensive treatment from start to finish. Dr. Thomas and his staff were very aware of my reluctance (fear) to dental care they were providing. They took time to explain each phase of the treatment.
