I realized my engagement ring setting was bent after having worn it for 9 years. Not wanting to lose the diamond I took it to Diamond Cutters in hopes that they could repair it as well as clean it along with my wedding band. They were very up front about the possibility that they may not be able to repair but would call if that was the case. Luckily they were able to repair my current setting instead of making a new one.
