I had gone to another jeweler to have my engagement ring repaired only for them to tell me they couldn't repair it in house and would have to send it out. Lost a diamond from my wedding band, and I had heard great reviews about Zak and his work so I went to meet with him and see what could be done. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, talked about my options and gave me an estimate which I found very reasonable. He called me the next day letting me know it was done! I just left there and am so happy with his work and would highly recommend him.
