My boyfriend and Stopped in the Madison one on a whim and was the best one we had been in yet. Sam and Tricia were so helpful in what we actually wanted rather than trying to push what benefitted them refreshing change! Looked through catalogs with us until we found one I liked and they brought it in so we could look at it in person and they had it in store in less than a week! Put money down on it and then came back a couple weeks later to pay it off!! They both were so friendly and genuine. Will definitely be back!
Worst experience ever with this Janesville store! Manager Dave is horrible! They play complete games on their trade in prices on gold and lied and tried to also tell us one of our gold chains was 10 Karats that is 18 karats. Avoid this store!
