THE WORST!!! This is the second time I Paid $34 for VIP & received less than ‘basic wash’ service. Owner/Mgr made accusation I only paid for basic (have the receipt) & I’m the only one complaining out of 300 cars. Told him this happened last time as well. He told me to stop coming in then & still they didn’t clean inside windows, seats, console, dress tires. Plus scratch on bumper 😡What??? What a scam.

It Sucks!!! I had to Dry it Myself and ended up Almost Washing The Whole Truck Myself!!!
Thank you Diamond car wash and all the guys who helpped me. They let me use thier vacuums then when my car battery died they jumped to help me try to get it started. The battery would not work ao they charged it for me so i coukd get to autozone! Thank you guys for helping a girl in need in the heat!
