Today was my first visit at Diamond Braces. I saw Dr. Berk for my initial consultation, and immediately had a very negative experience. From the moment we first engaged in conversation, I felt like I was being attacked, even though we first met. I was very taken aback by his demeanor, and actually became emotional and teared up, which was stressful.
