Found Diamond Autos while searching online for my daughters 1st car and I’m glad I did. Reviews were great and so was my experience. Communicated well throughout the process with no pressure. Found her a great 1st car that she’s happy with and completing the sale was simple. We went with an add on warranty which they offered for a separate fee which we did get but we’re in. If you are looking to purchase a used car I would definitely check out Diamond Autos of Berlin. I found the vehicle on Kelley blue book and loved the post, it had many pictures, low mileage, a great price (not overpriced for a used car). The salesmen were very kind and responsive to me. Also a great bonus was they saved me a trip to the DMV. Part of the purchase they do the paperwork to get the tags, title and registration. Searched around a lot before I bought a car. Found myself at this place and it seems to be the most reasonable price and quality cars around. Bought from them about 2-3 weeks ago and have had no problems so far and it runs well. They handled the whole process for my tag and paperwork…received my tag in about a week. Overall stand up guys and I’m grateful to have made this purchase!!!
I can say I would never buy a car from here based on what I test drove and started. 1. The vehicle started up nice. Took it for a test drive and it was fine. Had my mechanic look under the hood, there was an oil leak. Brought it to their attention and of course ‘we didn’t know anything about that’ well I’m telling you now. I absolutely LOVE my Equinox that I purchased from here two weeks ago! The vehicle drives beautifully! I feel like I made a great decision in going here to purchase a vehicle! The car was sold to me at great price. Especially when the vehicle has everything that I wanted AWD, sunroof, remote start, heated leather seats, back up camera and navigation system ect… Definitely will recommend them to family and friends!!
