I was on my way to Michigan from Kentucky and had four more hours to go. My Escape overheated and I was able to limp it to an Auto Zone. The girls called Terry to see what could be done. He took one look and said that I had a water pump issue. The car had to cool down before he could take it to his shop and then 100% cool down overnight. I was recommended to go to him from a lady at Auto Zone because my battery was too dead for them to check it. I took it there, he tested it and drove down to autozone, got my battery, and installed it. Only charged me $25 to install it. Sweetest guy ever. Explained a lot of things about the battery to me.
Diamond is absolutely amazing! He charged me much less than what I was quoted at Honda, was kind and extremely professional. Not to mention, I know nothing about cars but he was happy to thoroughly explain and show me everything that was wrong with my vehicle. 10/10 recommend and I will be referring everyone I know to him! Thank you, Diamond!!
