I purchased a 2011 VW Jetta from Diamond Auto that had issues starting shortly after I bought it. A week later, it shut down on the highway. Diamond Auto refused to acknowledge the problem, he told me I ran out of gas because the gas gauge is broken?! The most upsetting is how terrible they’ve been to make things right. They ignore my calls, texts, and fail to be at the shop to meet.
Made an appointment on Tuesday to look at a vehicle this afternoon and received this text “That Volkswagen Passat Sold It slipped my mind that we made our appointment on Tuesday!” “If I get anymore in I will let you know!” 30 minutes before my appointment was supposed scheduled for. S/o to the shitty “salesman” that can’t do his or her job right. Purchased a vehicle from Brett, he was very upfront, told me if anything happened to let him know, because he's a reasonable guy. I did encounter a small problem but nothing that wasn't already a potential expectation, and he stood by his word and was willing to setup a time with me. Got it figured out luckily, because I too am a reasonable guy, but he was there to do what was right and I really enjoyed seeing that! Not enough businesses out there give that kind of service. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!
I bought a 2003 Jetta, knew it would need work, so it was priced fairly. Be prepared to put some additional money into your car, and you won't be surprised or disappointed.
Bought two cars from them with no complaints, might be getting a third soon. And no the first two didn't break down my wife is just a horrible driver ;-)
