We bought a car back in May... it is now Aug. we still have not received our title. We have called multiple times and keep getting a run around saying someone would call us back. No one will return our calls and now we are unable to get through to their phone line. Tags expired in July! This is very unprofessional in my opinion. We drove hours to this place to buy a car that now we are having trouble with getting the title.

Our experience was horrible and we bought a truck from them that had enough issues with its suspension it could have killed us. I would not buy from them again.

Seriously, Isiah and his brothers will not pressure you into buying something that very day, if you want to walk away with something they will do everything they can to help you. Beautiful experience working with these guys, and Isiah in particular. Bought ourselves a little junker/commuter car and had better customer service than I did purchasing my brand-new SUV from a dealership. Had our new plates in days, and had an honest, straightforward purchase with zero headache. Will 100% return for any future automobile needs - you guys are awesome.
