There was a problem with the airbag system and the seatbelt sensor alarm started going off as we were driving home from the dealership. We paid to fix the problem and after sending the dealer the costs, they helped pay for the repairs. We are thankful they listened and followed up as they promised.

Neal @ Diamond Auto Exchange was wonderful. We were coming from out of town (3 hours away) and he worked with our time frame and our credit union. We were able to test drive the vehicle and bring it home all within an hour of arriving at their office. I would definitely buy from Diamond Auto Exchange again.

We purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla two days ago. For the most part, the transaction went smoothly and we received a fairly good deal from Larry. He stated he tried to make his customers feel they are buying from a dealer they can trust and enjoys satisfied return customers and referrals. Went with my elderly mother to look at a low-mileage used car. We ended up purchasing a 2009 Smart Car. The deal went smoothly and the dealer was very friendly and professional. However, the proof will be in how well the car holds up and how reliable/dependable the car is over the long haul.

Dealer said car had minor damage from a accident on only one panel by one wheel. The car also had evidence of damage on rear panel, front bumper, and opposite side rear-view mirror. The damage was clearly much more extensive than I was told.
