Daniel was very thorough and informative. He took his time to explain everything amd complete the cleaning and maintenance.
Our technician Caleb came out and explained the issues we had with our hvac system. He is working with our home warranty to get approval for parts. Hopefully all will go well and things will get fixed properly. I appreciated this company’s quick response in scheduling an appointment and their promptness in arriving within the time frame quoted. I will update my review when our air is up and running again hopefully soon.
I am so grateful with the service rendered by Daniel. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was so patient in explaining every detail of what I should know about the AC. He was respectful. I am very satisfied with his service. I bought the AC from their company 2022, and they've been consistent in giving the best service since then. I recommend Diamond AC and Heating to everyone.
